It is worth nothing that the truck was a rebadged Mitsubishi Forte. This vehicle was rear wheel driven and was made specifically for the Japanese market.  Mitsubishi began offering four wheel drive version in 1982. After this, all the Arrow vehicles were made into either Ram 50’s or Mighty Max versions. This car was redesigned in 1987 and went on to be succeeded by the Dodge Dakota. The second generation of this car, which ran from ’87 to 1996, had a 2.0 liter L4 engine capable of 90 hp and a 2.6 liter motor that gave 109 hp.
