The Chrysler PT Cruiser is a classic styled vehicle from Chrysler built starting in 2001 and was phased out in the year 2010. The model was initially launched as a two door hatch back that was later available as a five door convertible. The PT Cruiser was initially launched by Plymouth but it was soon given the Chrysler tag as Plymouth was disbanded soon.

The first generation PT Cruiser sported a 2.4 liter gasoline motor and had high fuel consumption and so Chrysler decided to remodel the car in the year 2002.
