Chrysler Australia manufactured Chrysler Sigma from 1977. However, after the company was taken over by Mitsubishi Motors Australia, this car was renamed Mitsubishi Sigma. It was available as a two door coupe, 4 door sedan and as a five door station wagon. It was available with a 1.6 liter 4 cylinder inline engine or 2.6 liter 4 cylinder inline engines. There were 2.0 liter and 1.85 liters naturally aspirated engines as well as a 2 liter turbocharged engine.
